Development of innovative methods for designing and organizing the contact zone of service companies in the fashion industry

The composition of business processes at the service enterprise in the fashion industry is analyzed. It is established that the main distinctive feature of these systems is the presence of service delivery processes that require the mandatory physical presence of the customer. A detailed SWOT analysis of the service delivery process at all stages of its life cycle was carried out, which allowed us to identify its weaknesses and strengths, opportunities and threats in the modern world. Innovative methods of designing and organizing the work of the contact zone of service enterprises in the fashion industry with the use of new types of services and forms of service that use Internet technologies and ICT on the basis of an integrated approach are proposed.
