Development of instruments of flexible corporate culture contributing to carrying out of enterprises’ restructuring

The article considers the corporate culture as environment in which a new employee can either adapt to the inside environment of the enterprise, or will be forced to leave it, which is a very important aspect concerning the stability of corporate relations in the organization and maintenance of labor processes.
