Development of an Effective System for Operational and Production Planning of the Process of Servicing the Products of the Military- Industrial Complex at the Locations

The article discusses the main problems of rhythmic and continuous functioning of service maintenance of military-industrial complex products in places of basing, requiring improvement of this system. A developed mathematical model of the process of service maintenance of military-industrial complex products in the locations is presented, which helps to identify the main problems of the functioning of the production process and obtain dynamic data on its implementation under the infl uence of various factors, and also allows, based on the defi nition and modeling of problematic situations that impede the rhythmic functioning of production, to ensure the minimum duration of the production cycle of work. An algorithm for monitoring the technical condition of products in places of basing, which makes it possible to exclude items that are not repairable in places of basing at the stage of approval of the work schedule, and an algorithm for forming a production stock, which contributes to timely material and technical support of work, are considered.
