the relevance of the article is due to the fact that at the present stage of economic development of the market, the main problem of management and the personnel management system of organizations is a high level of staff turnover. This aspect is one of the parameters of the labor movement of the organization. in order to increase the motivation of employees to work in one organization, as well as to reduce staff turnover, it is advisable to develop, implement and actively use the personnel rotation program. The article discusses the goals, principles, role and significance of the staff rotation process in an organization.
