The article focused on the development of an econometric model to assess the effectiveness of state social entrepreneurship regulators. A model is considered with which it is possible to most accurately assess the effectiveness of measures of state support for social entrepreneurship. The model involves the use of cluster method for the selection of the recipient companies of state support.
