Development of an experimental model of specific hyposensitizing immunotherapy (SIT) with an allergen from industrial dust

An experimental model of hyposensitizing immunotherapy with an allergen from industrial dust has been developed. The results of the study showed that all guinea pigs that received the allergen from industrial dust successfully developed sensitization, which was confirmed by the detection of specific HCA in the blood serum. An allergen from industrial dust of a cotton mill can successfully reproduce an experimental model of specific hyposensitizing immunotherapy. When using relatively large doses of the allergen according to a shortened scheme, the effectiveness of specific therapy increases.
