Development of an expert system to determine the predictive risks of diseases

Modern expert systems are used to solve scientific and research problems in biology and medicine. This paper presents the research results on the selection of data in order to design a special expert system. The system will be helpful in identifying risk groups. It is based on molecular genetic testing data of the population living in the environmental conditions of the Russian Far, in order to assess the risk of development of socially unfavorable diseases.
