Development of the hr policy of the enterprise in the poultry industry

The paper considers the issue of developing a personnel policy at a poultry enterprise. The definition of personnel policy according to different researchers is given. A tree of goals has been compiled from the point of view of managing the labor potential of the enterprise's employees. A discrete scale for evaluating criteria for determining the coefficient of labor efficiency and development coefficient has been developed, depending on this, it is proposed to divide the personnel into the following groups: workers, stars, students, ballast. For each group, targeted areas of personnel policy have been developed.
