Development of a complex model of evaluating the efficiency of IP introduction on the example of educational scientific center

This article is devoted to the development of an integrated model for evaluating the effectiveness of IP implementation for recording and analyzing staff competencies in a research and production enterprise. We used a symbiosis of balanced scorecard methods and a hierarchy analysis method.
