Currently, the development of digital economy is constantly changing the world and forcing it to evolve. In the intensively transforming environment, we should keep up with the pace of change and adapt to it. Practice shows that government adapts to all changes in the last turn, particularly our country. Blockchain technologies function for several years now, but Russia has not yet been formed a unified position on this matter. The modern world is just beginning to discover the blockchain technology, so new methods of its application appear every day, and soon this technology will firmly enter our lives, form the basis of many everyday processes. Blockchain technologies can be used in almost any industry, and this causes their wide distribution.
