Development of forest management measures on forest plots in the Eastern Sayan region

The article presents the results of long-term observations of the growth of dark coniferous rocks in the forests on the territory of the Eastern Sayan. The growth rates of tree stands as a basis for the development of forest management measures are discussed. It is proved that the organization of integrated use and reproduction of forest resources is based on the fundamental principles of continuous sustainable use of forests and expanded reproduction of forest resources on the basis of constant intensification of forestry. At the same time, both principles should be considered in unity. The arguments are presented in favor of the fact that, in addition to the development and implementation of consistent systems of forest management measures on this basis, it is necessary to start carrying out complex measures aimed at increasing forest productivity, without which expanded reproduction of forest resources is unthinkable.
