Ferreed nanoparticles based on the ferro-magnetite nanocomposites were prepared by electric-spark dispersion method and tested for physicochemical behavior. The most efficacy in doxorubicin adsorption (by chemical adsorption mechamsm) was shown for nanoparticles, which were prepared by sputter-ion method in hexane solution. These nanoparticles was appeared to be able to form the tumor cell bound agglomerates that indicate their tropism to tumor and evidence of doxorubicin deliver to cancer cells. We have found marked cytolytic action of doxorubicin bound nanoparticles against Ehrlich adenocarcinoma tumor cells in vitro. Data obtained point the perspectives for father investigation to elaborate ferreed nanoparticles as potential vectors for drug-delivery application.
