Development of material for film coatings of optical instrumentation

The results of research of processes of forming of films of yttrium-iron garnet (YIG) by the methods of ion-beam dispersion on gadolinium-gallium garnet (GGG) which are effective for optical devices of new generation, including automating of the agricultural machinery operation are presented. It was found that layer-by-layer analysis of films has a variable element composition. Phase composition is inhomogeneous on the thickness of tapes, at spraying an amorphous structure is formed. Effective applying of that coatings is possible only with crystalline substance. The parameters of heat treatment and ion implantation providing the necessary structure obtaining are developed.
