Development of training mechanism for corporate staff

Nowadays the importance of training as one of the most effective types of learning is increasing. It leads to the necessity of development of training mechanism. In this paper the author offers her own training mechanism for corporate staff that can be used in various organizations. The author consistently reveals each element of the mechanism. The article considers the following issues: the essence of training mechanism, the correlation of the terms "training process" and "training mechanism", the interaction of elements in the course of training.
