Development of measures to improve the quality of services provided by OOO «Taxi-courier», Taganrog

The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the quality of services in business transport services for passengers in OOO "Courier"; studied parameter of service quality through a survey of residents of Taganrog and suggests ways to improve quality in the future.
