Development of measures for the implementation of regional innovation policy

Based on the analysis of statistical data and documents, the strengths and threats to the implementation of the innovation policy of the Novosibirsk region are formulated. Regional management in the field of science and innovation in the Novosibirsk region is carried out in accordance with the legislation. The innovative infrastructure of the region is at a high level, and the region is among the ten most developed regions of the country. At the same time, insufficient investment activity, low susceptibility to innovation, and the outflow of qualified personnel, primarily young ones, due to the accelerated development of other regions are revealed. The analysis showed that the main problems remain the reduction of scientific staff, a high proportion of researchers over 60 years old.
