This work is devoted to the development of measures to improve the economic and financial condition of the enterprise. In modern conditions of a market economy, the successful functioning of an organization requires constant analysis and optimization of its financial processes. The paper analyzes the current state of the enterprise in order to identify problematic issues. Based on this analysis, specific measures have been developed to improve the financial situation of the enterprise.
