The method of scoring factors influencing the level of fire risk for objects of transportation of fire and explosive substances by road

The purpose of this article is to develop a method for scoring factors influencing the level of fire risk for objects of transportation of fire and explosive substances by road based on existing approaches to the analysis of fire risk at protection facilities. As a result of the analysis of statistical data and the experience of scientific research, a number of factors influencing the probability of an accident have been identified, divided into four groups: driver, tanker truck, road, environment. The following methods are used in the work: analysis of hierarchies, paired comparisons, expert survey, analogy, study of documents and results of activities. The result of the work is a developed scoring system with groups of factors influencing the level of fire risk for objects transporting fire and explosive substances by road. The results obtained will be useful in assessing the fire risk for transportation facilities where accidents associated with the formation of a fire hazard situation may occur.
