Strategic documents of different levels set tasks for intensive development of knowledge-intensive activities as a basis for innovation-oriented economic growth. On the basis of the distinguished features of knowledge-intensive organizations the principles and indicators of efficiency of innovation project management in this sphere of activity are specified. Considering additional indicators is designed to improve the efficiency of innovation project management not only for individual organizations, but also to enhance the synergetic effect in the interaction of actors of scientific and technological chains to create competitive innovative products that contribute to the achievement of technological sovereignty.
