Substantiating the structure of the system to stimulate and develop the algorithm for its formation

The article discusses the methodology for evaluating the effectiveness of the staff incentive system. The development of an integral and complex indicator for evaluating the effectiveness, as well as the interpretation of values that are in different ranges of the desirability scale, is proposed.
