Nowadays, a disease-specific method of quality of life assessment in surgical patients is being developed. It is necessary for post-surgery outcome assessment. The method of quality of life assessment and prognosis in surgical patients is proposed in this paper. Approbation and validation of the method are given in the article. The final result of the disease-specific questionnaire’s development with stages description is given.
