The paper developed a method of determining optimal parameters crimp dies and trimming compressor blades of aircraft engines based on a mathematical model with the objective function that minimizes shear forces on the surface of the Castle, pen and bridge facilities procurement and stamping production. By optimizing the parameters are optimal angle in the die forgings, angle and width of fin bridge. Using these optimal parameters in the design of stamps will increase the precision forging sizes, increase resistance stamp reduce metal consumption by punching biases.
