Development of methodology of organizational changes in the organization

The aim of the article is to develop a universal method of organizational changes. The article is devoted to the theme of improving the organization. The mechanism of the analysis of the current state, formation of the strategy of organizational changes is offered (with consideration of available types of strategies), models of overcoming of resistances are considered. The author offers the universal method of organizational changes.
