Development of the improvement methodology business processes

The article is devoted to the improvement of business processes of modern energy enterprises. It is revealed that the management of business processes and the use of methods of their improvement, allows to identify weaknesses in the enterprise and take measures to address them. It is established that the development of methods for improving business processes of energy enterprises on the basis of unification and standardization of management processes, provides the implementation of the concept of development of the energy industry in Russia.
