Development of a model of functioning of system of motivation of managers in state and municipal agencies of the Chechen Republic

The article deals with the directions of improving the management of motivational mechanisms of the heads of state and municipal structures in the Chechen Republic. The modern head of the authority is the conductor of the course of power in the territories. He should act as a guarantor of the stability of legal, organizational, moral psychological relations in the team. Therefore, the issue of increasing the effectiveness of motivation of managers is very relevant.
