Development of the model of complex estimation of the cadastre value of land plots in the conditions of crossing the interests of subjects of tax relations

The article deals with the mechanism for developing a model for integrated assessment of cadastral value of land plots. In the context of transition to a new taxation system, the mechanism for the cadastral value of a land plot should be fairly simplistic, understandable to all participants in tax relations and not cause disputes, including judicial decisions. The model of integrated estimation of cadastral value described in the article contains a well-founded set of pricing factors, and the mechanism for its construction takes into account the opinions of stakeholders and is based on the processing of expert information.
