This article talks about the importance of customer service for a travel Agency. A model of customer service evaluation in a travel Agency was also developed. For this purpose, the experts identified seven main criteria for the effectiveness of the customer service and gave them a weighting. Next, a formula is given to identify the level of the customer service in the organization.
