Development of a model for business processes optimization at an air transport enterprise

The paper presents analysis of existing approaches to the optimization of business in aviation industrial complex, along with estimation of modern methods of process management. Reengineering of business processes proposed, as the basic method. A phased implementation plan of re-engineering in the aviation business is developed and presented in the paper.
