Development of the model of service rendering

The article proposes to apply a network model to optimize the amount of time spent on service rendering and enhance its quality, which determines the effectiveness of the authorities' functioning. The development of the network model is considered for the process of providing the archival information. It is shown that preliminary designing of a model allows to determine the relationship between the stages and the participants of the process. There is an optimal ordering of all phases of work. It reduces the time of service rendering and improves its quality.
