The model development for the structure of training loads for javelin throwers in the annual training cycle at the stage of initial specialization

In the article the creation features of young javelin throwers’ year training cycle are studied, the dynamics of power levels and high-speed and power training of spear throwers in a year training cycle is investigated, and also the model of power and technical training of javelin throwers at the stage of initial specialization in which installation on the advancing orientation of technical training in relation to the power was taken as a basis is developed.
