Development of a model for establishing tariffs for major repairs of housing depending on construction cost

The relevance of the study lies in determining the reasonable level of tariffs for major repairs of apartment buildings in the Russian Federation. In 2014, with the beginning of collecting this fee in all regions, the tariff was established at a minimum level for preventing social tension. There was no unification of tariffs throughout the country. The study is aimed at development of a model for establishing the minimum contribution for the overhaul of apartment buildings.
