Working out of scientific bases of technologies of complex processing of quartz-rutile raw materials for functional nanomaterials on the basis of titanium and silicon compounds

Comparative pilot researches of processes of concentrating processing of quartzrutile (leucoxene) raw materials of the Yaregsky field are conducted by methods of carbothermy, autoclave processing and flotation. It is shown that the carbothermic scheme of processing of the leucoxene concentrate (LC) allows to separate effectively the titanous and siliceous compounds and to obtain pure oxidic or carbide compounds of titanium and silicon. Conditions of autoclave processing of the LC, allowing to obtain a mixture of fine-dispersed powders of rutile and anatase are defined. The new sulphur-organic compounds increasing efficiency of flotation are proposed. Combined use of the listed methods opens new opportunities for optimization of technology of concentration of the hard-cleaning raw materials, allowing to obtain high-clean and highly active powders for production of functional materials on the basis of silicon and titanium compounds.
