The development of noninvasive method of assessment the functional state of the residual parenchymathe liver and the efficiency of its use in patients with focal lesions of the liver

During the study was developed and introduced into clinical practice a non-invasive morpho-functional index, using which were examined 46 patients with focal liver formations. The study demonstrated pronounced correlation biochemical indicators, authentically reflecting changes in liver function, and meanings of "resectional index", developed by the authors, defined at the preoperative stage. Was analyzed postoperative complications, defined value of the "resectional index", the excessing of which statistically significantly increased the risk of severe postoperative hepatic failure.
