Development of standards of allowable residual content of oil and products of its transformation in soil after recommendation works: survey of experience of RF subjects

The article discusses the main aspects of the development of standards for the permissible residual content of oil and products of its transformation (PULP) in the soil after the reclamation works. It is about the importance of introducing DOSCPS standards for the regions in order to increase the effectiveness of environmental activities. An analysis of the experience in the development of DOSP standards in the regions of the Russian Federation. At the moment, the DOSP standard is set in the Republic of Udmurtia, in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Yugra, in the Nenets Autonomous Okrug, in the Republic of Tatarstan, in the Komi Republic, in the Chuvash Republic.
