The development of the new device for preparation for burning of the flooded fuel oil in boiler rooms of the enterprises of railway transport

The article is devoted to consideration of actual problems of surrounding environment protection from pollution by application of low-waste technology of burning of the flooded liquid fuel in boiler rooms of the enterprises of railway transport. The analysis of burning of fuel oil in the form of water fuel emulsions (WFE) from the ecological point of view is given. The characteristic of the existing device for preparation for burning of the flooded fuel oil is provided and essentially new design of installation for preparation of WFE for burning in a boiler room which is protected by the patent for the invention is offered. The ecological-technical advantages of the offered new device before domestic and foreign analogs are shown. These advantages consist in possibility of receiving of WFE of higher quality, decrease in emissions of the polluting substances in the atmosphere at its burning in the steam and water-heating boilers and also in essential reduction of energy consumption and increase of operation term of this device.
