Development of an ontological model for managing costs for ground movement of an aircraft

Бесплатный доступ

The article discusses one of the directions for reducing the cost of air cargo transportation in the current economic and political conditions. At the initial stage, a target cost item is selected within the framework of the concept of lean thinking and the traditional variant of classifying the costs of cargo transportation by aircraft, the result of which is the process of moving the aircraft from/to the parking lot during the transportation process. The next step is to consider the possibility of informatizing the cost assessment of this process in specific conditions to speed up the selection of the optimal solution. А developed ontological model is proposed, which contains all the information about the interaction of elements that influence the management of costs necessary during the ground movement of an aircraft at the airport (at the airfield), and allows for the selection of the optimum in accordance with the specified conditions. The results of queries to the ontological model are options for management decisions aimed at reducing costs in the cost structure of air cargo transportation.
