The article is devoted to the problem of diagnostics of orientations. This work describes the process of designing an author's questionnaire: purpose, principles and methods of filling a technique with content, main results of its psychometric examination. The full version of the questionnaire contains seventy one statements. During processing the formation of teachers’ ten orientations to creativity will be considered.
