The development of questionnaires “Innovative potential of professional” and “Innovative potential of the organization”

The article describes the development of questionnaires of the innovative potential of the organization (IPO) and the innovative potential of a professional (IPP). A brief description of the IPO specification is given, descriptive statistics of test items are provided - most of the items have negative asymmetry parameters. Obliquity of the responses to the questionnaire items could be improved by adding “opposite” items to the questionnaire. On the basis of the Cronbach's α-test it was conducted the verification of reliability-consistency of the questionnaire scales. Reliability of scales is considered as sufficient, but some items are recommended to be deleted or reformulated to improve the psychometric characteristics of the scales. It was verified construct validity of the questionnaire IPP. The correlation between the IPP scales with scales “Spiritual satisfaction” of questionnaire “Axiological orientation of the personality" by A.V. Kaptsov (ANLiG - P) and with scales “Creativity”, “Relationships”, “Status” of scale "Value orientations" by M. Rokeach were identified. Construct validity of the IPP was verified also using the method of contrasting groups. Significant differences were revealed in such IPP scales as “business responsibility” and “originality of thought” between groups of individual entrepreneurs and wage workers.
