The work of each organization is inevitably connected with the formation of staff. One of the main tasks is the selection of personnel. The selection of new employees can not only ensure the regime of normal functioning, but also the overall success of the organization. It largely depends on the activities of manager aimed at identifying the needs for staff, meeting these needs, as well as creating an attractive image of the organization in the labor market. The personnel marketing is one of the functions of personnel management.
