The article discusses and proposes the main ways of achieving indicators (metrics) of innovative activity of the IMS company through methods of motivating internal participants in the innovation process and elaborating a matrix of three main risks in achieving the effectiveness of innovative product projects. To minimize risks, “risk reduction points (RRP)” have been worked out as markers and pivotal tools in the implementation of the strategy and the implementation of projects in IMS. As a result, it was concluded that the factors influencing the creation of a high-quality new product are associated with certain strategic objectives, as well as with the interest, competencies and involvement of all team members in the project.
