Development of a new sign of separation of grain material particles

The aim of this work is to develop a sign of separation of grain material particles by a separating device for isolating the main part (70-80%) of the basic condition grain from the initial grain material in the initial processing. Based on theoretical and experimental data, a new fractional grain cleaning technology has been developed through the use of a universal cascade sieve separator that separates at the first stage of processing up to 80% of the basic grain of basic conditions at a high specific productivity, in which the throughput of the grain cleaning unit doubles.However, the universal cascade sieve separator has a large metal content and dimensions. A new sign of separation of grain material particles is developed - a generalized sign as a function of the thickness and length of particles. It is necessary to develop a separating device using a new sign of separation, which will allow immediately at the first stage of processing to allocate most of the main grain of the basic conditions.
