Elaboration of a draft flight school development strategy

The article discusses the development strategy of the flight school, examines the main problems that are relevant at the moment, as well as their solution. The specifics of using the ready-made infrastructure of the former international airport for creating a business environment are determined. The relevance of this work is justified by the need to analyze the development of commercial use of the unique construction of runways and the former airport complex located on the territory of the Republic of Abkhazia in the city of Sukhum.
