Development projects of territories of the Kaluga region

The article discusses the key areas for the development of territories. It is noted that one of the priority options for organizing such participation is project technologies that allow achieving the desired results through voluntary participation. At the same time, there are three main ways of forming the project space on the territory and the experience of their implementation on the site of the Kaluga branch of the RANEPA is described.
