In article the method of development the operator forecasting model of forecasting the quality of stabilitron by extrapolation method is considered. Results of the teaching experiment are given. For creation of the operator of forecasting it was used the quasidetermined models of linear, logarithmic, exponential and parabolic type. Research of the developed operator is conducted. Probabilistic characteristics of its efficiency are received.
