Development of recommendations on profit management on the example of PJSC AK "Alrosa"

The necessity and importance of effective permanent profit management is determined by the significant influence of profit on the development of the organization. The main goal of profit management is to increase the welfare of the organization's owners in the current and prospective period. This goal should ensure a balance of interests of owners with the interests of the state and the personnel of the organization. The purpose of this work is to develop recommendations for maximizing the profit of PJSC AK ALROSA.
