The article justifies the importance of using the theories of human resources teams to reduce costs and increase the degree of adaptability of enterprises. A study of the relationship between the concepts of «human resources management», «personnel management» and «human resources management» is being carried out. The result of the study is that all these concepts are types of personnel management. The efficiency of the enterprise will also be influenced by the degree of organizational maturity, which makes it possible to offer a «grid» for determining the degree of organizational maturity of personnel management.
