Development of resource-saving technologies of welding heat-resistant chromium steels

Бесплатный доступ

Resource-saving technology of welding was developed enabling to exclude the heating operation and complete thermal processing during welding by homogeneous electrodes and to completely exclude the operation during welding by austenitic weld materials. It is shown that using the technology with the regulation of thermal cycles and the adjustable auxiliary cooling improves structural and mechanical heterogeneity in heat-affected zones of welded joints, and forms a specific structure with improved crack resistance.
