Development of bonus systems for industrial engineering and technical personnel

This article deals with a list of criteria for estimation of the bonus part of the salary of engineers and technical employees in the sector of industry. According to the analysis of the criteria, the author has developed an algorithm of bonus system calculating for this professional group at industrial enterprises in the context of the lack of young specialists.
