This paper considers automatic control system, which uses technology advances that are combined with a standard control system based on personal computer (PC) and programmed logical controller PLC. The structure of the automatic control system, which based on PC, PLC SMART2 and PROFIBUS network is shown. The system allows to use automatic mode of pulling-over operation on NIAT pressed without their significant modification. In the result steadiness of press molding movement and components reproducibility is provided. The automatic control system fits the preparatory systems aircraft manufacture.
