Development of a system of motivation of the responsible for employment of university graduates

Currently, the state pays great attention to the employment of young specialists - graduates of higher educational institutions. The creation of a well-coordinated, functional system of promotion the employment of graduates is one of the key tasks of a higher educational institution. In this regard, the study is aimed at developing a system of motivation of the responsible for the employment of graduates at graduating departments using the example of Siberian State Industrial University in Novokuznetsk. Based on the study of theoretical approaches and substantive legal framework of motivation and regulation of the activities of the specialists responsible for employment in universities, we have formulated the requirements for labour duties of these specialists, for their interaction in the course of performing labour functions; determined the procedure for developing efficiency criteria for the responsible for employment of university graduates; worked out the criteria for the effectiveness of their activities.
